As a Transaction Coordinator, my role revolves around assisting in all aspects of real estate transactions. Ensuring the meticulous collection of information, completion of paperwork, and, crucially, recognizing the importance of timelines and communication are paramount to the entire process.
With over 12 years of experience as a TC, I relish the challenges and rewards that come with each unique day. My primary aim is to facilitate a seamless transaction experience for our clients and all parties involved.

The objective of the Transaction Coordinator is to handle the daily processing details once the purchase agreement is accepted, ensuring that the timeline stays on track and communications flow smoothly. This results in a transaction process with no surprises and a smooth closing for all parties involved.
Initial Set Up

The initial setup process involves accepting dotloop invitations, reviewing and arranging documents, confirming dates and collecting any items that are missing.
Introductions

I'll connect you with lenders representing the buyer, the listing or buying agent, the title company and the clients, to keep everyone in the communication loop.
Follow Up/Track

I'll diligently follow and track every essential step throughout the home selling and buying journey, encompassing tasks such as inspections, appraisals, and promptly notifying all relevant parties of any status changes.
